Cat Question
When I arrived home from work this evening, I noticed that my cat clicks when he walks. This is not normal, right? I checked the pads of his pas to make sure that there wasn't something stuck in there.

Help?

Do you think his nails might need trimming?

He's declawed back and front (his previous owners apparently had all leather furniture...?) but since he's not limping or whining overly much (his name is Cry Baby, which more or less speaks for itself), I guess I'll just watch him the next few days.

Thanks!

Is it a hip joint? Sometimes they'll click.

Oooh... good to know. He's not limping or acting like he's in a great deal of pain, so I guess I'll just watch him for a few minutes. I feel like Captain Hook with the crocodile... I always know when I'm being stalked for cuddling!

His claws may be shedding, and dragging a little, it will go away once the nail sheds.

He's declawed front and back (previous owners, not me!), but since he seems to be acting otherwise normally I guess I'll just watch him for a few days. Poor kitty.
